About Skadi Design Build
We've been running kitchen, basement, and whole-home remodels as a design-build company since 2019, working in Cottonwood Heights, UT & the Salt Lake Valley.
Our approach is the same on every project: one team handles the design, the permitting, and the construction, so the plan that gets approved is the plan that actually gets built.
Where we work
We're based out of Cottonwood Heights — including the Old Mill, Butlerville, and Union areas — and do most of our work close to home: Sandy, Holladay, Midvale, Murray, Draper, and Salt Lake City.
We also take projects across the rest of the valley, including Millcreek, West Jordan, South Jordan, Taylorsville, West Valley City, South Salt Lake, Riverton, Bluffdale, and Herriman, plus canyon homes in Alta, Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon.
